Fernlea is a beatiful idyllic cottage in the perfect loaction for site seeing, the hot tub was a brilliant asset. There are many restaurants around Woodbrige and Shottisham that are very welcoming and serve lovely food such as The Sorrel Horse and Wilford Bridge. Felixstowe is a must see resort as well as rendlesham forest. Overall a beatiful holiday cottage for couples and familys alike.

An excellent character cottage with the added bonus of a log burner, hot tub and garden, an ideal base for exploring Suffolk, with walks through Rendalsham Forest from your doorstep, in short everything you could want to make a good holiday special.

This is a really delightful cottage and a real find. I almost hesitate to recommend it as it may mean that I won't be able to get back as it will be booked up! The owner is very pleasant and nothing is too much bother, he has worked very hard on restoring the cottage sympathetically and this is easily one of the nicest places that we have stayed in.

A cosy, well furnished cottage but with excellent modern facilities and lots of decorating ideas for when you return home. A cottage well worth returning to and recommending to others.

The situation and standard of accommodation was second to none. A very helpful, friendly owner. A good place to discover Suffolk with plenty of good walking areas within a short distance and a wealth of activities and good eating places within easy reach. Would hope to go back again.

A beautiful cottage in idyllic surroundings - even better than we'd imagined. Clean, comfortable accommodation close to many of the local tourist attractions - we had a fantastic break!
